Seems to me, they are suing because their competitors are the ones not competing fairly in the market. To compete you have create something different and/or better than what other people have. Otherwise you are just copying.

Also, tablets ARE mobile devices. That doesn’t mean they can’t do what a PC can do, but it does warrant some differences in the user experience with the OS. On the flip-side, you can have a desktop computer with a touch-screen, a trackpad or even a tablet as multi-touch input device...

I did not type a single word of this post.
I used this workflow:
Dictate to Dragon Dictation on my iPhone/iPad.
E-mail my dictation to Dropbox using Send-To-Dropbox.
Retrieve text file of dictation from Dropbox and repurpose as desired like this Tumblr post.

This process can be useful for many things and many circumstances.

Google Swiffy →
Swiffy converts Flash SWF files to HTML5, allowing you to reuse Flash content on devices without a Flash player (such as iPhones and iPads).
Swiffy currently supports a subset of SWF 8 and ActionScript 2.0, and the output works in all Webkit browsers such as Chrome and Mobile Safari. If possible, exporting your Flash animation as a SWF 5 file might give better results.

Installing Android on VirtualBox
If you are an iOS user, but would like to experiment with Android for whatever reason… here is a free, simple way to do so:
1) Download Android Pre Installed VDI for VirtualBox.
2) Extract the files.
3) Go to VB and create new Virtual machine with following configuration:
OS – Linux
Version – Other
Memory – 512MB
Video Memory: 12MB or more
ACPI: enabled
IO APCI: enabled
PAE/NX:...

I take full advantage of MobileMe, including Gallery and especially iDisk. iCloud is the right way for Apple to go, despite these few inconveniences. The advantages will be much greater.
Just start moving some things to Dropbox, which you should be using along with MobileMe anyway, and things will be easy.
